(1) Owners or owners or operators of every mine, quarry or other industry that uses explosives, if any explosives are used by their own employees in their mines, quarries or industries, a license to use them and "sell them to nearby mines or industries as needed" You will also have to get a license to do it.
(2) Every magazine shall be in charge of a qualified foreman and such
(Foreman) After finishing his shift, Nike (Foreman) of the next shift should check the stock and accessories of the explosives and take charge.
(3) Every (Foreman) should hand over the unused explosives remaining in his possession to the in-charge of the magazine he received and the next day the magazine-in-charge should first distribute the explosives so given.
(4) Every licensed owner or manager or (foreman) Nike shall keep the record as mentioned in sub-rule (3) of rule 11. A separate cover should be kept for each magazine. Every licensee (foreman) must submit a written daily and monthly report to his licensee owner or to another licensee (foreman) of his owner who is responsible for distributing explosives.
(5) The owner or manager of every licensed mine shall cause to be kept by his licensee or any other person the exact amount of explosives taken into the mine and brought back out of the mine by each worker in each shift.
